บ้านหินทราย รีสอร์ท (Baan Hin Sai Resort) - รีวิวของคุณ beach life

It is going to be a little long comment....(for your information this is a personal opinion) my expectation for staying in a resort is pretty high prior to my visit. the resort is nice on nice location and good value for money, but would be better if the car service is there for the customers and the deluxe suite room, for me it really suit the price with it being a little further out from Chaweng beach....but the only problem is that i paid top price for top room but i don t really receive the type of service i would expected from a 4 stars hotel. I probably won t go back and stay there... I would rather nxt time pay a bit more extra and go for 5 stars rated hotel ex. Peace resort and Spa or Thongsai Bay Resort or Banana Fan resort where it s quite close to the beach without having to pay so much extra on cars to go in and out of the hotel because walking distance to the local restaurant or pay one time for activities or cars to go in town seem to be a better choice. I have not visited Samui for 10 yrs and this time back it has changed so much and everything become so expensive plus driving there is very dangerous so i would like to give a little suggestion to the hotel that maybe it s better if they provide costumers with constant car services like sending off and picking up more around the clock rather than starting at 8 am and finish at 5 pm because it s further out from the town center.. what about dinner time right ? overall satisfaction rate is quite low but then again you get what you paid for... other than that i did have a good time sightseeing
