Regarding the reservation on Dor Sha-Da Resort by the sea through your website, I reserved for 2 rooms between Oct 25-26th. Last Saturday I arrived the hotel at 12:30 pm., however, the hotel staffs asked me to wait for 30 minutes to clean the room. I agreed to wait even though the check-in time can be available since 12:00 pm. My family and I decided to go out for lunch during this waiting time, and I dropped all my luggages at the hotel with the suggestion of hotel staffs. I went out around 13:00 and was back on 14:30 with the hope that I could rest in the room. Then, I went to reservation counter to ask for your room keys, and I drastically received the answer that the rooms were not cleaned yet. They still ask for 30 minutes more to wait. That means I have to wait until 15:00 or later to check in. I do not expect to receive this kind of the worst service from a 4-star hotel with the non-cheap room rate. Then, I canceled and walked in other hotels. Due to this problem, I do not intend to do any further reservation with this hotel and will publish this information to every available source and website.
