eReservation Officer (Thai)

Responsibilities :
Answering incoming reservation, checking availability process reservations into the reservation
   management systems
Ensuring reservation are answered in a prompt and professional fashion.
Ensuring the smooth operations of daily reservations, solving customers' travel-related problems
   by telephone, e-mail and online live chat
Report customers' problems and requests to supervisor and Product Development Department to
   find the solution to better serve customer with quality products and services
Qualifications :
Thai, male or female, age not over 30
Ability to communicate well in English (or French, German, Chinese or Japanese)
One or two years' experience in the travel industry an advantage
Should be able to work under pressure and at flexible hours (shifts) including holidays
Have good communication and persuasion skills
Very good customer relation skills with service minded
Computer literate and able to use internet for research
Well-organized person with a good decision making abilities
